ALSACE TECHNIQUES ETIQUETAGE is a public limited company with a Board of Directors, whose registered office is located at 31 rue du cerf in Val-de-Moder (67350), registered in the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 352 362 891 (hereinafter the “Company“, “ATE” or “We“).

Aware of the importance of protecting privacy and individual freedoms, the Company is committed to ensuring their protection in compliance with applicable law and in particular EU Regulation n°2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter the “Regulation“) and Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy“) is, in particular, to inform you of the principles governing the way in which we process your personal data in our capacity as data controller within the meaning of the Regulation and when you browse our website www.alsace-techniques-etiquetage.fr (hereinafter the “Site“), as well as the rights you have over your personal data.

3 – Recipients of the data collected :

Strictly in consideration of the purposes sought, your personal data may be transmitted to various internal departments of the Company.

4 – Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Your data may be transferred to a country outside the European Union. In such cases, we systematically take all measures to ensure that data recipients comply with an adequate level of protection equivalent to national and European regulations, in particular by signing standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.

5 – Safety measures

We are committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of your personal data. In accordance with Article 32 of the Regulation, we endeavor to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the level of security best suited to the risks involved in processing your personal data. We also put in place means to prevent, as far as possible, any loss, accidental destruction, alteration and unauthorized access to your personal data.

6 – Exercising the rights of data subjects

In accordance with the Regulations, you benefit from :

  • The right to access and rectify your personal data;
  • A right to object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons;
  • In the cases provided for by law, a right to request the limitation of the processing of your data and/or the deletion of your personal data;
  • A right to request the portability of your personal data, for your own use or for transmission to a third party of your choice.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

We have appointed EDOS, whose registered office is located at 9 rue Schimper in Strasbourg, as our Data Protection Officer (DPO).
