Rotary die cutting

Particularly adapted to the production of complex parts in large series, rotary die-cutting allows for unparalleled quality and finesse. Our tools allow for cutting up to 610mm width in multiple heights, with tolerances of less than 0.1mm depending on the nature of the products. We are able to guarantee production without liner marking, allowing our customers to apply labels automatically and at high speed. All our cutting cylinders are manufactured by Rototechnix, the French market leader in rotary die-cutting tools.

Digital flatbed cutting

Digital cutting is the ideal tool for all prototype and small series production. This is why, in 2018, Alsace Techniques Etiquetage invested in a state-of-the-art digital cutting tool: up to 1.41m/sec with a cutting precision of +/- 0.1mm depending on the parameters and materials. Its exceptional speed and acceleration are possible thanks to the perfect combination of intelligent control technology, a state-of-the-art drive system and sophisticated tooling.

Laser cutting

An alternative to traditional cutting techniques, this process is used by ATE to produce labels up to 330mm wide. Ideal for cutting prototypes, samples and medium-sized series, laser cutting offers greater freedom of choice at lower cost. This technique can be used to complement rotary die-cutting production.

Slitting

Slitting allows a log to be cut into several rolls in the desired width (from 3mm with a possible tolerance of 0.3mm depending on the material up to 1500mm). This process, mastered by ATE, is simple, fast and flexible. It is suitable for both small and large series.
